Social Media Video Director
We are on the lookout for a Social Media Video Director who will be the driving force behind our social media video content.
This multifaceted role involves not only directing and shooting videos but also working closely with talent to execute a creative vision effectively.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable leading production efforts, from pre to post-production, and possess strong organizational skills to ensure a streamlined process.
Your ability to direct talent and bring creative ideas to life will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
Lives in the Los Angeles area and flexible availability: 15-20 hours per week.
Strong directing skills, with the ability to guide client performance with social media success always in mind.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities, capable of making clients feel comfortable on set.
Confident in expressing a creative vision with a clear and compelling communication style.
Proficiency in using an iPhone and DSLR to shoot high-quality social media content, demonstrating a keen understanding of framing, lighting, and basic sound.
Ability to lead onset production, driving all aspects of shot setup and creation, with the final product always in mind.
Possesses strong intuition for identifying high-performing social media content, with a knack for crafting entertaining, inspirational, relatable, and educational material.
Highly meticulous with sharp attention to detail, capable of managing multiple content creation projects and clients simultaneously.
Self-driven and highly motivated, with a deep well of creativity and innovation for continuous content enhancement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective team collaboration and content clarity.
